Returns and Refunds
Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must be in unopened, resalable condition. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we’re happy to accept returns within 14 days from the date you received the product.
Exceptions:
- If the product you received is damaged during shipping, we will gladly accept returns and provide a refund or replacement. Please notify us of any shipping damage within 48 hours of receiving your order to expedite the resolution process.
Return Process:

Contact our customer support team at info@smokt.shop within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant photos if the product is damaged.

Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if applicable.

Once you receive the RMA number, securely package the item in its original packaging (if possible) and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please keep the tracking information for your records.
Refund Process:

Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed and reflected in your account. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping Costs:
- If you are returning an item due to damage during shipping or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
